High Season (June 1 to mid-October)
$145.00 to $155.00

Quiet Season (mid-October to May 31)
$115.00 to $125.00

Rates subject to availability and change.
Maine Room Tax of 7% not included.

Single/Double Occupancy
$25.00 for each additional person.
Children 12 years and older welcomed.

Lakeshore Inn is a smoke-free property.

Inn Policies

Check-in Time: After 3:00 p.m.
Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.

Deposit and Refund Policy:

Stays of 1-2 nights: Rate for 1 night
Stays of 3 or more nights: A fifty percent deposit.

Checks must be received within 7 days after reservations are made.
Credit cards will be processed at time of booking.
VISA, MasterCard and Discover accepted.

* 2 nights minimum requested on weekends 
during the months of July through September. 

* 3 nights minimum on Holiday or Special Event Weekends.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits (check or credit card) will be refunded LESS 10% SERVICE CHARGE if cancellation is made at least 14 days or more in advance of arrival date.  If it is necessary to cancel at the last moment every effort will be made to resell the space.  If we are able to resell the space the deposit will be refunded less the 10% service charge.  Please understand that a deposit insures the guest that the accommodations will be available as confirmed and also insures the Inn that the accommodation will be occupied for the length of the original reservation as confirmed.
